Designed as a serene and welcoming retreat, this modern rustic vacation home reflects comfort, relaxation, and a meaningful connection with nature. The concept was guided by the intention to create a warm and restful sanctuary for the family.

Natural materials such as stone and wood are prominently featured in the foyer, living room, dining area, and kitchen, adding warmth, texture, and timeless character. A soft, neutral palette of cream, white, beige, gray, and wood tones establishes a calm foundation, complemented by green accents inspired by the client’s preference and the surrounding natural environment. Black accents introduce contrast and sophistication, while marble and sintered stone finishes elevate the space with a refined, modern touch.

Refined lines softened by organic textures

Although the house does not feature large windows, the design embraces an indoor–outdoor concept, integrating greenery and natural materials to bring an outdoor feeling into the interiors. This approach enhances openness while maintaining a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

The interplay of solid and soft elements defines the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Sleek black sintered stone provide a strong, contemporary anchor, balanced by warm wood laminate accents and a textured natural stone feature. Light, breathable upholstery keeps the space feeling open and inviting, while deep green accents subtly ground the palette. Together, these elements enhance the light and airy character of the space, creating a harmonious environment that feels both refined and effortlessly livable.
